George Maier

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, attended Penn State and graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Worked for a couple of years in bio-engineering and Operations Research and went back to school to get a MSIA Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon. Moved to NYC and lived there and in Boston for 15 years. My loves of art, film, and live music took flight. I moved back to Pittsburgh in 2014 and have took two acting classes at CMU by a professor in their esteemed drama school. In New York City I worked for Sony Music (Columbia House records), Saks Fifth Avenue, Monster.com (in Boston), and finished as Director of eCommerce & Analytics at Inc. magazine. Since then I've worked on a startup I founded. A tech startup to connect veterans, patriotic Americans, resources, Veteran Charities, and other valuable connections. I've also served on the board of North Park Trail Runners and done free lance digital marketing and some free lance work in the industry as an extra on the featured projects listed here.
