Casting Call: Polynesian-Looking Hula Dancers
Job Details:
We are excited to announce an open casting call for Polynesian-looking hula dancers for an upcoming cultural performance project. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic boys and girls aged 10 to 19 years who have a passion for dancing and a desire to showcase the beautiful art of hula.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hula dances as directed, adhering to the choreographic and stylistic guidelines.
- Participate in rehearsals scheduled prior to the filming date to ensure a polished final performance.
- Work cooperatively with the production team and other dancers to create a harmonious and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Aged 10-19 years old.
- Polynesian descent or must convincingly portray Polynesian heritage.
- Previous experience in hula dancing is highly desirable but not required.
- Must be available for the entirety of the selected filming date and for necessary rehearsals.
- Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team.
