Ricardo Thurmond

Ricardo Thurmond is an American actor and film producer born and raised in Chicago. He began his performing career in high school and community theater, developing a strong foundation in dramatic performance and storytelling that later carried into film and television. Thurmond is best known for his role as Correctional Officer Dolan on the NBC drama Chicago Fire. He has also appeared on the Fox hit series Empire and in the television thriller Liberty Crossing. In addition to his television work, Thurmond has appeared in several independent films, including Underneath It All, Reckoning, Random Encounters, and Confusion 3: Trials of the Gods. Known for his grounded screen presence and versatility, he continues to build a career spanning both acting and film production.
