- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk activities, including sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information and assistance to guests and staff as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Requirements:
- Female, aged 25-55, of any ethnicity.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
