Job Details: We are currently seeking a Muslim woman to portray the role of “Patient Mom” in an upcoming commercial. This role involves playing an expectant mother at a hospital, showcasing both the everyday experiences and unique cultural needs of a Muslim patient.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as “Patient Mom,” an expectant Muslim woman in a hospital setting.
- Participate in scenes with minimal dialogue and some direct interaction with other characters, such as nurses.
- Deliver a specific scene where the character requests a Halal meal from a nurse, demonstrating clear communication and a gentle demeanor.
Requirements:
- Female, visibly Muslim (wearing hijab is preferred but not mandatory).
- Age range: 25-35 years.
- Some acting experience preferred, especially in commercial or film, but newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to convey emotions and a calm presence with minimal dialogue.
- Must be comfortable being portrayed in a hospital setting.
- Reliable and punctual, with availability on the specified production dates.
- Must be local to Portland or able to work locally (no travel stipends provided).
Compensation:
- $1000 per day, with the potential to work up to 2 days.
