‘Batman Day’ is Coming, DC Comics is Giving Away a Free Comic Books

DC Comics will celebrate 75 years of the Dark Knight with a free comic book.

On July 23, also known as ‘Batman Day‘, DC Comics will be giving away copies of DC issue 27 but, it will feature author Brad Meltzer, artwork from Bryan Hitch, and cover work designed by Chip Kidd.

DC Comics, is known for superhero characters such as Superman, Wonder Woman, the Flash and a ton of other legendary characters. It was not until issue #27 did Bat-Man first appear, and features the Batman we have known to love today.

Check out the Batman Timeline which details year by year the character’s history, including when Robin joined, to the Christopher Nolan film trilogy.
