Los Angeles Acting Coach allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaults 13 year old aspiring actress.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has filed 14 counts against acting coach and actor Cameron Thor of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor.
According to Deadline, Thor gave a 13-year-old girl acting lessons, during the acting lessons, Thor gave her “a controlled substance … marijuana” and sexually assaulted her.
Cameron Thor appeared in Windwalkers, Jurassic Park, A Few Good Men and Hook and on popular television shows such as The Net and Star Trek: The Next Generation. Cameron Thor taught aspiring teens and other actors in Studio City, California via the Carter Thor Studio.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office, the victim had consulted with Thor about taking acting classes. After a consultation, Thor drove the girl to a secluded area in Agoura Hills, California and sexually assaulted her.
The assault took place in 2008. Cameron Thor is currently in the city’s downtown jail with a $2.6 million bail.
