The Walking Dead ratings finally increase in week three.
Season 6 ratings of The Walking Dead were starting to become a major problem for the AMC networks. With fewer and fewer people interested in watching it on Sundays and would rather watch it on DVR, AMC’s stock price plummetted.
However, with the release of The Walking Dead season 6, episode 3 things are starting to look up for the hit zombie drama.
According to Deadline, ratings for The Walking Dead are finally up with The Talking Dead breaking a ratings record.

The potentially game-changing third episode of the sixth season of The Walking Dead drew 13.1 million total viewers on Sunday with 8.5 million among adults 18-49 for a 6.8 rating, according to Nielsen.
That’s an 8% rise in both its overall audience and the key demo for October 25’s episode, titled “Thank You,” compared with the October 18 airing of TWD.
To make things better for the Walking Dead, ratings for The Talking Dead are finally increasing showing an increase demand for more zombie drama and the Walking Dead after show. In fact, ratings for The Talking Dead increased by 49%.
