The film industry is filled with scams and scam artists, here’s how you can tell if a production is legitimate.

Typically, scam artists try to use a person’s hopes and dreams in order to trick them leaving an aspiring actor open to being a victim of identity theft or even worse sexual assault.

In an a recent video with Arvold Casting, casting director Erica Arvold shared quick tips on how to prevent getting scammed in the entertainment industry.

In the video she highlights doing your research, asking friends, and basically judging the project before ever signing on the dotted line.
