MGM’s Aretha Franklin biopic ‘Respect‘ starring Jennifer Hudson is now casting music engineers in New York City.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on December 3rd with fittings scheduled for November 25th or 26th in Atlanta, Georgia.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- MUSIC ENGINEERS!
- Age: 25-45
- NO BEARDS! NO BEARDS! NO BEARDS!
About RESPECT:
Forest Whitaker, Marlon Wayans, Audra McDonald and Mary J. Blige will star in the upcoming MGM Aretha Franklin biopic with Jennifer Hudson playing the legendary singer.
“Respect” will open in theaters on Aug. 14, 2020. Scott Bernstein and Harvey Mason Jr., who has produced music for both Aretha Franklin and Jennifer Hudson, are producing the film.
