A medical training video is now hiring background actors in Jackson, Mississippi.
Casting directors are now hiring actors, models, and talent to work on Wednesday through Sunday, January 22nd through the 26th in Jackson, Mississippi.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- [DIABETIC MOM A] Open to all ethnic backgrounds. Scene: Pregnant mom at the doctor’s office. Scene: Community Breastfeeding Support Group. Open to real pregnant moms or we could fake it. Please indicate in notes if you are truly pregnant. Needed 2 days at $500/day.
- [NEW MOM B] Open to all ethnic backgrounds. Will need to be comfortable having her baby skin to skin and breastfeeding on camera. Again, this is for the medical industry. Scene: Has just given birth and the lactation nurse is giving breastfeeding instructions. Needed 2 days at $500/day, plus an extra $250 bump for “breastfeeding” on set. Seeking the real deal here. A mom truly breastfeeding her newborn baby on set. Baby to receive $150.
- [MOM C] Open to all ethnic backgrounds. Early to mid 40s. Needed 2 days at $500/day.
- [YOUNG GRANDMOTHER] Open to all ethnic backgrounds. Early to mid 50’s. Younger Grandmother types. Needed 1 day only at $500 day rate.

Audition: By self-tapes for speaking roles. Babies will be booked from photo. Secondary roles should be booked from photo and resume; however, client may request a short video audition (one chatting on camera – very easy).
Shoot dates: Wednesday – Sunday, January 22 – 26 | Jackson, MS
Rates: Covers shoot time and buyout. All talent are to work local hire to Jackson, MS area (at one’s own expense).
RATES:
For shoot/usage in MS hospitals only, rates are as follows:
$ 500 per day for hero, speaking Roles.
$ 350 for secondary roles (most likely non-speaking)
$ 150 for all babies / toddlers
If usage extends to hospitals across the USA, additional usage fees will apply on top of the rates above.
$ 750 for hero, speaking Roles
$ 150 for secondary roles (most likely non-speaking)
$ 100 for all babies / toddlers
If you are represented by an agent, please allow your agent to suggest you (with agency commission offered).
Only MS hospital usage at this time. Once again, all internal, no consumer. No conflicts.
