Regina King‘s new movie ‘One Night in Miami‘ is now hiring actors in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Casting directors are now hiring actors, models, and talent to work on January 16th, 20th, 23rd and 24th in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- African American male, lighter complexion WELL BUILT and TONE, like a boxer.
Must be okay with potentially being clean-shaven and wearing hair natural and grown out. Wigs may be potential options.
About “One Night in Miami”:
The movie centers around four well-known celebrity activists of the 1960s as they emerge together, determined to define a new world. These celebrities include Sam Cooke, Jim Brown, Cassius Clay and Malcolm X.
The upcoming movie will feature the music of Sam Cooke including his hit song “A Change is Gonna Come,” “the film offers a piercing narrative for the evening, which challenges the four men, strips them bare and reveals them for who they were”.
