‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ to start filming at the start of next year.
According to reports, the upcoming ‘Thor’ movie starring Natalie Portman has revealed production on the fourth movie is now expected to start in early 2021 after getting delayed due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
In a recent Instagram Live with Serena Williams, Portman revealed her excitement to play her Thro character Jane Foster. She revealed filming is scheduled to filming at the beginning of next year.
“We haven’t started [filming yet],” she explained. “More time to get jacked. Which I have not. I’ve got the carbo-loading down, but not the exercise part. I’m super excited. We’re shooting in Australia at the beginning of next year. I think. Obviously everything is weird because of pandemic time, who knows what’s happening, but the plan is for all of us to go.”
‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ was supposed to start filming this summer in Sydney, Australia. But, the start of production was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Director Taika Waititi says he’s been working hard on the film during the hiatus, saying, “I think this little break that we’re taking is going to be good for all films, all scripts, all art.”
He added, “I think it’s going really good. We’ve been writing the script off and on for over a year and… actually, this week, doing another pass on it,” he said before adding that the script is “so insane” and “also very romantic.”
The movie is now scheduled for release on February 11, 2022.
