We are posting to give a little info on the 2nd Season of the Bear to get you psyched and ready, as we are just a few weeks out from the start of filming!

Filming will go from Feb 21st – April 14th 

This season, the Bear is a NON-MANDATED VACCINE PRODUCTION, which means there is no vaccination requirement. YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO COVID TEST PRIOR TO FILMING OR WARDROBE FITTING DATES JUST LIKE ALWAYS. We will not ask about your vaccination status, BUT if it is your own desire to disclose that information to 4 Star Casting and Health & Safety, you are welcome to do so. Please keep in mind, MASKS are going to be required at ALL TIMES unless filming or eating/drinking, social distancing is going to be recommended as much as possible, and you will still have to follow ALL Covid protocols this show asks.  

The Bear creators are always looking for fresh faces with specific looks and will photo pick for roles. That said, to be on this show, you MUST HAVE CURRENT PHOTOS IN YOUR PROFILE TAKEN WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND NOT OLDER. If you have updated your hairstyle, facial hair, general vibe, your profile must reflect your CURRENT look for us to be able to accurately submit you to the directors. Your photos must be in good lighting, from straight on, with no sunglasses, no selfies, using no filters. Please upload BOTH a FULL BODY shot and a FACE shot that accurately depict your current look. The 30-second video clip gives audience members a glimpse of The Beef restaurant’s chaotic hustle and bustle behind-the-scenes. Led by head chef Carmy Berzatto, played by Jeremy Allen White, the kitchen staff is busy packing their cookware while covering the walls with newspaper as they prepare to rebrand into ‘The Bear.’ Something big is around the corner for this beloved eatery!

In Season One of the series, Carmy abandoned his career as a high-end chef and took ownership of The Beef – Mikey’s crumbling Chicago eatery – after he passed away.
