Are you an aspiring voice-over actor looking to land your big break? Well, we have some exciting news for you! A’TAKA, a non-union animated feature film, is currently holding auditions for voice-over actors aged 18-70+.
But before you start practicing your best cartoon voices, note: A’TAKA is looking for genuine human voices that sound real and believable. No exaggerated accents or over-the-top characterizations. The goal is to make these animated characters seem like real people, with all the authenticity and sincerity that entails.
So, if you’re between the ages of 18-24, download and practice the “SIDES_YOUNG ADULT” script. And if you’re over 30, check out the “SIDES_MATURE ADULTS” script. Each hand has unique challenges that will test your range and depth as an actor.
The story of A’TAKA follows a young warrior on a quest to solve a dark mystery and prove himself as a mighty A’TAKA Knight. It’s a thrilling adventure in a fantasy world filled with danger and excitement at every turn.
