Scary Movie 5 is now casting principal actors. Scary Movie 5 is scheduled to be released in April 19, 2013 in association with Dimension Films, The Weinstein Company. The famous Malcolm Lee is scheduled to direct the film and currently, David Zucker, and Malcom Lee are also set to be finishing the screenplay for the Scary Movie 5 film.
So far, Ashley Tisdale, Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen have all signed up for the upcoming film. Moreover, Scary Movie 5 is also set to be filmed in the Atlanta area. This film is a reboot for the entire series and is still partially in pre-production.
The previous Scary Movie, Scary Movie 4, opened with $40 Million at the weekend box office, making it the third best at $178,049,620 at the worldwide box office and is currently, ranked as the third highest grossing Scary Movie.
