[Glendale, California] The Mentalist is an American police drama series that first debuted in 2008 on CBS. The show was created by Bruno Heller, who is also the Executive Producer. The Mentalist centers on a former psychic, Patrick Jane who is now a consultant for the California Bureau of Investigation, using the highly observational skills he previously used to read people’s minds.
Recently, CBS announced that The Mentalist has been renewed for another season and casting directors are now casting various roles for the new season.
The Mentalist features Simon Baker, Robin Tunney, Tim Kang, Owain Yeoman, and Amanda Righetti. The Mental is also made in association with Primrose Hill Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
