AARP is is a nonprofit organization with well over 30 million members. The purpose of AARP is to help people 50 years and older gain independence, choice, and control. Therefore, helping those individuals but as a society as a whole.
Most importantly, they are a non-partisan group and they do not endorse any political group by giving contributions or supporting political campaigns.
