Hubert Husband

Hubert Husband born in Brooklyn, NY, is an American Actor and Professional DJ best known for his performance as "DJ Cue" in the streaming pilot television show "Huntress" (scheduled to debut on Amazon 2021/2022). His first acting role was live on stage playing a Rap Artist from the Queens, NY based group "The Young Poets". In preparation of his role in "Crack City," Hubert attended classes and rehearsed at "The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute" in New York City. Upon completion of rehearsals, he and cast performed a private showing for Anna Strasberg. In his role as an Atlanta, GA based Professional DJ and business owner, he has worked on FM radio, and could be heard spinning live on "Hot 107.9", featuring Radio Host "Coco Brother". Hubert (aka DJ Cue) received such honors as "DJ of the Year". He has performed live on stage with numerous acts from some of music's notable mainstream hip-hop and R&B artists. He continues to spin the hits for live audiences via his entertainment company, "GetDJCue". He has also Produced and Directed virtual DJ mix shows featuring himself and other well known DJs. He broadcasts worldwide from his studio "CueVisions", also based in Atlanta. Hubert was also a member of the Billboard charting rap group "Platinum Souls" and "Soul Water". He was Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and has always been inspired by "The Jackson Five" and "James Brown". By age 5, he began playing percussion instruments. In school, he learned to read music and play percussion in everything from the orchestra, to the jazz band. As a DJ, Hubert continues to play for large audiences, and has a residency as the official DJ and Host for events at "Six Flags Over Georgia and Whitewater Park". He is also working on major television and movie sets, playing various featured background and stand-in roles in projects such as "The First Lady", The Wonder Years, The Game, Atlanta, Cobra Kai, Single Drunk Female, Ordinary Joe, Till, Senior Year, and Lyle Lyle Crocodile to list a few. Hubert continues to seek significant roles as an Actor, as well as continuing to book major events as a DJ.
