Casting directors and producers for AMC’s new series ‘Halt and Catch Fire’ is now casting men and women to work as background extras in the series filming in Atlanta.
Extras Casting Atlanta posted a casting call looking for a wide range of talents for featured roles in the series.

We are looking for men 30 – 50 that fit a These are the sizes 40, 42, or 46 or 48 vest and a 32,36 or 38 waist — to portray upscale waitstaff — 1983 look so no super short hair – mustaches are ok but otherwise clean cut — Also looking for a couple of additional 1980’s type females shoulder length hair 20’s to 40’s — Must be available for shoot next Wednesday and ideally a fitting tomorrow morning — email a recent photo and all contact info to: [email protected] — Please no one who has previously worked on hcf.
AMC’s pilot ‘Halt and Catch Fire’ is set in the early 1980s, it dramatizes the personal computing boom through the eyes of a visionary, Joe (Lee Pace); an engineer, Gordon (Scoot McNairy); and a prodigy, Cameron (Mackenzie Davis), whose innovations directly confront the corporate behemoths of the time.
The project was written on spec by Chris Cantwell and Chris Rogers, who will exec produce with Lisco, Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein. The pilot was directed by Juan José Campanella.
