The television series stars Oscar Award winning actor Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as two homicide detectives tracking a serial killer.
This is HBO’s biggest television series since, Boardwalk Empire. HBO announced that they will be renewing the series for another season. But, McConaughey said he will not return for a second season. It is expected that the second season will feature a new cast similar to FX television series ‘American Horror Story’.
