FOX’s TV Pilot ‘Gotham’ is now casting female actors in New York City.
The new TV pilot based upon the Batman universe, Gotham, is centered on the origin stories of Commissioner Jones Gordon played by Ben McKenzie, as a rookie detective in Gotham City, and Bruce Wayne after the death of his parents, and the villains that made Gotham City infamous. Jada Pinkett Smith has also been cast to play Fish Mooney, a imposing, sadistic gangster boss and nightclub owner with street smarts.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, is being written and executive produced by The Mentalist showrunner Bruno Heller. Danny Cannon (CSI, Nikita) will direct and executive produce the pilot.
Casting directors are seeking women to portray biker chicks in the new FOX TV Pilot “GOTHAM”. Filming will take place Tuesday, April 1st and Wednesday, April 2nd in Brooklyn, New York.
