Top 5 Nickelodeon Stars from the 90’s: Where are they Now?
In the 1990’s, Nickelodeon was one of the most watched, cherished and celebrated TV channels for kids to teenagers. Many kids grew up watching Rugrats, Aaah Real Monsters, and Ren and Stimpy. But, cartoons were not the only thing that made Nickelodeon so popular. Saturday nights belonged to Nickelodeon’s “Snick” and the iconic orange couch. Hit TV series such as ‘The Adventures of Pete and Pete‘, ‘All That‘ and ‘Kenan and Kel‘ had the whole world excited all week to see what these young comedians were going to do next. Twenty years later many of these comedians have faded out of the lime light, forcing us to beg the question, where are they now?

#5. Lori Beth Denberg from ‘All That’
Lori Beth Denberg (38) is best known for her work as an original cast member in the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That. Uncomfortable about her age, she would later quit the show early and start working on the ‘Steve Harvey Show’. According to Perez Hilton, Denberg is now an ordained minister. “I do personalized, quirky weddings, vow renewals, and commitment ceremonies for couples looking for something a little different, a little less sterile, and a little more fun.”
#4. Danny Tamberelli from ‘The Adventures of Pete and Pete’ and ‘All That’
Danny Tamberelli (32) was one of the biggest kid actors for Nickelodeon in the 90’s. Starring in several of the biggest shows filming on the network including ‘Pete and Pete’ and ‘All That’. Currently, he does a pod-cast series with wis former co-star from ‘Pete and Pete’ called, The Adventures of Danny and Mike.
#3. Kel Mitchell from ‘All That’ and ‘Kenan and Kel’
Kel Mitchell (36) is best known for working on ‘All That’, ‘Kenan and Kel’ and the Nickelodeon movie ‘Good Burger’. In 2002, Kel Mitchell auditioned against his former co-star Kenan for a role on ‘Saturday Night Live’. After several auditions, Kenan would end up getting the job. Since then the two have not been friends. According to TMZ, the two were close to ending their bad relationship with each other but, things got heated once again after Keenan failed to give Kel a shot out.
Nickelodeon gave one of the executive producers of “Kenan & Kel” a Lifetime Achievement award, and Thompson sent in a recorded speech where he never acknowledged working with Kel.
Currently, Kel Mitchell is a stand-up comedian and has worked on several independent comedies. He has occasionally appeared on Nickelodeon’s ‘Sam and Cat’ as rapper Peezy P.
#2. Ross Hull from ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’
Ross Hull (39) was a leading actor in the Nickelodeon series ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark’. He was best known for being the leader in the ‘Midnight Society’ and after 5 seasons he would end up leaving the show. #1. Robert Ri’chard from ‘Cousin Skeeter’
Robert Ri’Chard (31) had a growing acting career. After working on the hit TV series ‘Cousin Skeeter’ he landed several major feature films including ‘Coach Carter’, and ‘One on One’. But, his career would come to a stand-still after playing Paris Hilton’s boyfriend in ‘House of Wax’. Since then he has moved to smaller guest starring roles on TV shows including, The Vampire Diaries.
