Jennifer Aniston reveals how she stays fit with her busy schedule

Many actors have to work long hours on set, attend press conferences, and attend film festivals. So, how so many A-List actors stay so fit after having crazy schedules.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Aniston has a stay-fit secret that she uses every time she has a busy schedule.

Yogi Mandy Ingber tells THR she’s done virtual cameos in two hotel rooms, for clients Jennifer Aniston (whose Cake premiered at the Toronto Film Festival on Sept. 8) and Kate Beckinsale(who has The Face of an Angel there).

“They are Skype sessions,” says the Yogalosophy author and Silk Soymilk spokeswoman. “Jen and Kate are very consistent. That’s why they like to continue to do their yoga practice, because it keeps them grounded. Staying present in a high-pressure situation where you have so much coming at you is gold.”

Essentially, actors must find time to work out by any means necessary. The entertainment industry is filled with obstacles, challenges, and tense situations. The best way to handle it is by remaining consistent on your workout routine.
