Ioanna Al-Kayed

Ioanna (pronounced “You-wa-na”) is a singer-songwriter/actor hailing from Toronto ON. Proudly Canadian, she is the first born to her five sisters and one brother. Ioanna comes from a big multicultural family; her moms side who is Greek and her dads side who is Lebanese. Two different musical worlds that have both heavily influenced her sound and style. 
 As the project administrator for Abstract Studios in Woodbridge ON, she is constantly inspired and surrounded by so many talented creatives in such a diverse community. Her love and fusion of sounds come from not only her cultural background but many different artists, cultures and languages from her surrounding peers. 
 Ioanna began branching out into the pop music industry by recording demos for herself as well as for other artists since 2017. Now after working diligently on her craft behind the scenes, exploring her sound and finding her style, she is on to her next release ‘4EVER' and is working on a surprise track for this upcoming Christmas season.
