CBS is moving forward with ‘Limitless’ TV series.
Did you love the movie ‘Limitless’? Well the Bradley Cooper thriller is being made into a TV series. According to reports, another TV series is being developed out of a feature film.

Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, along with Bradley Cooper and Todd Phillips are developing a TV version of Bradley Cooper’s 2011 hit movie, “Limitless” and will air on CBS.
The TV series is expected to pick up where the movie left off, following Brian Sinclair as he discovers the power of the drug NZT, and is coerced into using its enhanced abilities for good.

The writer behind Elementary and Medium is writing and executive producing the project alongside Neil Burger, the director of Divergent.
Limitless hit theaters in 2011 and was directed by Neil Burger and featured Bradley Cooper, Abbie Cornish, and Robert De Niro. It is based on the novel The Dark Fields by Alan Glynn.

This is probably not a bad idea for CBS. Rotten Tomatoes reports that 70% of critics gave the movie a positive review. “Although its script is uneven, Neil Burger directs Limitless with plenty of visual panache, and Bradley Cooper makes for a charismatic star.” If Neil Burger is back to direct the TV series, then the show has a good chance at succeeding.
