Millions of people are cheering for joy after Disney revealed the title for the upcoming Star Wars sequel, ‘Star Wars: Episode VII- The Force Awakens’

The new title is revealed as the movie finished filming earlier this week. Many fans are excited about the new title, calling it way better than The Phantom Menace.
But, the title does raise many questions such as, where was the Force? Was it sleeping? Did the Jedis come under attack once again? Whatever the case maybe, the new Star Wars movie will not hit theaters until 13 months from now. The cast and crew of the J.J. Abrams version of Star Wars celebrated their wrap party last Saturday, and looking it back it has been a long time coming for the Star Wars sequel.

From several open casting calls for two lead roles in the movie, to filming in the desert of Abu Dhabi, to having Han Solo himself, Harrison Ford forced to leave set in an accident involving a falling Millenium Falcon door, Star Wars Episode 7 has come a long way. The set also featured several spoiler leaks, flows of rumours, and concept images. But, a majority of the Star Wars secrets have been kept under wraps.

The new ‘Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens’ will pick up thirty years after the events of Return of the Jedi, and will feature the original trilogy stars including Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Kenny Baker (R2-D2), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), and Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), with several new actors including Lupita Nyong’o (the best supporting actress Oscar-winner from 12 Years a Slave) and Gwendoline Christie, the 6-foot-3 British actress best known as the female knight Brienne of Tarth from Game of Thrones.

Other new cast members include Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Andy Serkis, Domnhall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow from The Exorcist.
