Moos Akougbe reached the quarter finals at the 2020 Great British Bake-Off The Professionals (Channel 4) https://inews.co.uk/culture/bake-off-the-professionals-2020-cast-line-up-contestants-judges-hosts-channel-4-time-430289 Chef Moos was trained in one of the top cookery schools in the world, École Ferrandi in Paris, where he specialised in baking. He has worked at world renowned restaurants such as Hélène Darroze's two Michelin stars' restaurant The Connaught, in London. He also trained for a few months at Elbulli in Barcelona with Alain Devahive Tolosa. Chef Moos is the king of 'Afro-fusion' baking . His recipes are unique and he also specialises in vegan pastry.
