Alvin & the Chipmunks 4 is ramping up production in Atlanta, Georgia and casting company New Life Casting announced on their Facebook Page that they will be official extras casting company behind the new movie.

While plot details have not been released, the title, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip sounds like the band is going on tour. The Hollywood Reporter announced the director, Walt Becker known for Van Wilder: Party Liaison,Wild Hogs, and the Disney film with John Travolta and Robin Williams, Old Dogs, has signed on to direct the fourth film. He’ll pair with screenwriters Adam Sztykiel (Due Date) and Randi Mayem Singer (Mrs. Doubtfire) for the live-action/GG hybrid film.
New Life Casting has just finished working on Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ and is expected to be the casting director for the new Captain America sequel, Captain America: Civil War as it films throughout Atlanta, Georgia.
