‘The Knick’ Season 2 casting call for featured roles in New York City.
The Knick centers around New York City in the 1900s, and the Knickerbocker Hospital. Dr. John Thackery, battles his cocaine and opium addictions with his ambition for medical discovery and his reputation among his peers. Dr. Algernon Edwards, must fight for respect within the all-white populated hospital, as well as the racially-charged city. While literally struggling to keep the lights on, the hospital attempts to attract a wealthy clientele, without sacrificing quality care.
Casting directors are looking for women with short hair to play female prisoners on a scene filming on February 26th. In addition, producers are looking for men to play ambulance drivers filming on February 19th.

Seeking SAGAFTRA Caucasian Women with SHORT HAIR to portray Female Prisoners for “The Knick.” Fitting Tuesday 2/17, Tentative Shoot date 2/26.
HAIR MUST BE CHIN LENGTH OR SHORTER. No highlights or super modern/stylized cuts. Must be one natural-looking color. Must be ok working around atmospheric smoke. No allergies to wool.

Seeking NON-UNION Caucasian Men 25-45 to portray Ambulance Drivers! Fitting tomorrow 2/13 and tentative shoot date 2/19 EXTERIOR. CAST TO FIT!
