Pharmaceutical video casting call in Chicago, Illinois.
4 Star Casting is looking for female models in their 30s to mid 40s to work on a Pharmaceutical Company production filming in Chicago, Illinois. Talents that are selected will be compensated $550/8 for their work on the production. THe video will be used by the company and for possible DVD instructional purposes.

ROLE: NON-UNION
LOCATION: TBD – Suburb and/or Chicago (you must be able to provide own transportation to location)
AUDITION DATE: Thu., 4/16 (must be available both dates)
SHOOT DATE: Tue., 4/28 (must be available both dates)
RATE: $550/8 hrs. Parking provided. Meal provided if you work more than 6 hours.
USAGE: Company Internal Website, possible DVD for instructional purposes. Runs for 5 years, Non-Exclusive, No conflicts.
LOOKING FOR:
Female, Mid 30s–Mid 40s, Any race; ethnically ambiguous preferred, Healthy looking; average height or taller, preferred, Hair should be long enough to pull back, Friendly, intelligent, confident demeanor and voice (no accent).
Healthcare professional required (pharmaceutical or nurse); Must be comfortable/familiar working with sharps (needle and syringe, injecting vial and diluent bag). Steady hands are a mandatory.
Must be comfortable delivering lines on screen – if you are being considered, you will put yourself on tape with sides provided, and send us a dropbox link of the audition.
If the client likes your audition tape, you will then be scheduled for an in-person audition on Thursday, April 16th at a Chicago location.

3) Send photos in jpeg format. If you have a headshot, it is preferred. If not, please send a photo with decent lighting against a neutral background wearing either in your work attire (i.e. scrubs) and/or business casual.
4) Confirm that you are available both dates, and you either have your own transportation or can make your own arrangements for transportation if the location is outside of the city.
5) Please provide medical and theatrical resume if you have it. If not, please provide us a brief description of your medical background (make sure to give us the name of your specific occupation), and your experience in front of the camera.
