CBS Fall Lineup is finally here and it’s pretty incredible.
CBS has just announced their fall schedule, revealing that ‘Supergirl‘ will air on Monday nights at 8:00 p.m. But, this means we’ll have the notable face off between two DC Comics-based series for the first time, as ‘Supergirl’ will air directly against FOX’s ‘Gotham‘.
Another new series to air on CBS is ‘Limitless‘ based on the Bradley Cooper Movie. ‘Limitless’ will air on Tuesdays, after NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans, while new series ‘Code Black’ will follow ‘Survivor’ and ‘Criminal Minds’ on Wednesdays. CBS’ ‘Person of Interest’, will premiere mid season, as the number of episodes are decreased from 22.
Here is a breakdown of all the new shows premiering on CBS:
‘Code Black’
Inspired by the award-winning documentary, this medical drama is set in the busiest and most notorious ER in the nation where the extraordinary staff confront a challenged system in order to protect their ideals and the patients who need them the most.
‘Limitless’
Picking up post the events of the film, a man discovers the power of a mysterious drug which allows him to access 100% of his brain, and he is coerced into using his newfound drug-enhanced abilities for good.
‘Angel from Hell’
When over-the-top Amy enters Allison’s organized but imperfect life and claims to be her guardian angel, they form an unlikely friendship and Allison can’t be sure if Amy is actually an angel or just nuts.
‘Supergirl’
Born on the planet Krypton, Kara Zor-El escaped amid its destruction years ago with her famous cousin. Now at the age 24, she finally embraces her superhuman abilities to be the hero she was always meant to be.
‘Life in Pieces’
A comedy about one family told through the separate stories of its various family members.
‘Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders’
Focuses on a division of the FBI that handles cases beyond our borders, helping American citizens who find themselves in trouble abroad.
‘Rush Hour’
Based on the hit motion picture franchise. A stoic, by-the-book Hong Kong police officer is assigned to a case in Los Angeles, where he’s forced to work with a cocky African-American LAPD officer who has no interest in a partner.
