This Walking Dead character reveals that he would love to play Spider-Man.
Tyler James Williams, the actor best known for playing the lead role in ‘Everybody Hates Chris’ and ‘The Walking Dead,’ revealed in a recent interview that he has auditioned for the role of Spider-Man and that he would “absolutely” love to play the Miles Morales version of Spider-Man.
“I kind of follow the Miles Morales character quite a bit,” Williams said. “And I’m open to the idea, I am. I’m not starting campaigns or anything for it because I trust Marvel. I’ve read for them before. So I trust what their decisions will be.”
“But yeah, I’d love to do it,” he went on. “I would absolutely love to do it.”
The next Spider-Man movie is slated for July 2017. Marvel will reportedly introduce the next Spider-Man in “Captain America: Civil War,” which is currently filming in Atlanta, Georgia.
Rumors suggest that Asa Butterfield will play Spider-Man but, those details have not been confirmed by Sony executives.
