Lea Burbidge Izquierdo

Lea Burbidge-Izquierdo is a Canadian entrepreneur, creative thinker, and co-founder of Puppy Sphere, a wellness company bringing people together through the joy of puppies. Now based in New York City, Lea has spent the last few years building Puppy Sphere from an idea into a fast-growing brand with 450 000 customers, bootstrapped to $14M all time revenue and 13 studios across North America. With a background in psychology and a passion for human connection, Lea has always been fascinated by people, their stories, and what makes them tick. She's ambitious, curious, outspoken, and rarely one to shy away from trying something new. Outside of entrepreneurship, Lea is a dog mom to Nala, her Samoyed, a lover of new experiences, and someone who believes that some of life's best opportunities come from saying yes to things outside your comfort zone. Having navigated both incredible highs and profound personal loss, she brings a mix of resilience, humor, vulnerability, and authenticity to everything she does.
