Reproductive medicine is an extraordinary intersection of science, hope, heartbreak, and human connection, and I've had the privilege of experiencing it from both sides of the bedside. I'm a registered nurse with a background in fertility medicine and labor and delivery, working at the best hospitals in the world (NYU and Mt Sinai), and definitely the fertility clinic with the best lab in the world (most important part of ivf) . I've assisted in egg retrieval procedures, recovered patients following retrievals, and supported individuals and families navigating IVF, fertility preservation, embryo creation, and egg and sperm donation. Having undergone egg retrieval myself, I bring not only clinical knowledge but a personal understanding of the vulnerability, anticipation, and trust involved in the process. What has stayed with me most are the stories behind each patient's decision. I've cared for women freezing their eggs simply to preserve their options, patients facing infertility or cancer diagnoses, and families preserving embryos that hold a deeply meaningful connection to someone they've lost. My experience in labor and delivery has allowed me to continue caring for women throughout their reproductive journeys, from preconception through childbirth and postpartum recovery. I'm passionate about women's health, patient autonomy, and the extraordinary responsibility nurses carry. I take pride in knowing how to read a room, when to offer reassurance or a little humor, and when to be the strong, confident advocate a patient needs. I'm naturally warm, outgoing, and compassionate, with a quick wit and a surprisingly sarcastic sense of humor. I would love the opportunity to bring an authentic nursing perspective to this production. Nurses are so much more than the people standing beside the physician. We're educators, advocates, critical thinkers, and often the people patients trust with their most vulnerable moments. It's a profession I'm incredibly proud to represent, and one I'd be honored to portray with the knowledge, humanity, and authenticity it deserves.
