Zac Efron is expected to join Dwayne Johnson in the upcoming ‘Baywatch‘ movie.
Zac Efron is currently in negotitations to join The Rock in Paramount’s ‘Baywatch’ movie.
According to TheWrap, Zac Efron will team up with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in a movie adaptation of the hit TV series, which ran from 1989 to 2001 starring David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.
Recently, Seth Gordon (‘Horrible Bossess’) was chosen as the director for the upcoming ‘Baywatch’ movie.
Filming is expected to start early 2016.
‘Baywatch’ centers around a veteran lifeguard who is forced to team up with a younger lifeguard in order to save the beach from an environment disaster.
Damian Shannon and Mark Swift wrote the most recent screenplay, while Beau Flynn and Ivan Reitman are producing the ‘Baywatch’ movie.
