Ordient Entertainment is seeking energetic and engaging TikTok LIVE Creators for a remote, flexible opportunity. Dancers, musicians, singers, actors, performers, and digital content creators are encouraged to apply. Creators can set their own livestream schedule while receiving guidance designed to improve content, audience engagement, and TikTok LIVE performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE streams based on your own availability and schedule.
• Create entertaining livestream content that reflects your talent, personality, and creative style.
• Showcase skills such as dancing, singing, music, acting, performance, or interactive entertainment.
• Engage with viewers and build an active TikTok LIVE community.
• Participate in eligible TikTok campaigns, creator events, competitions, and platform programs.
• Use performance feedback and content strategies to improve engagement and audience growth.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to livestream on TikTok LIVE.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with a real-time audience.
• Background in entertainment, performing arts, music, dance, acting, or content creation is preferred but not required.
• Energetic, engaging, and confident communicating with viewers.
• Must follow TikTok LIVE guidelines and platform policies.
• Previous livestreaming experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• Creators may earn eligible TikTok LIVE Gifts and other platform-based earnings according to TikTok policies.

Ordient Entertainment is seeking energetic and engaging TikTok LIVE talent for an on-site opportunity in Hollywood, California. Dancers, musicians, singers, actors, performers, and content creators are encouraged to apply. This TikTok LIVE role is ideal for confident entertainers with strong camera presence who can maintain an engaging, consistent livestream schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE streams for 5–6 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Create entertaining livestream content based on your talent, personality, and performance style.
• Perform dance, music, singing, acting, interactive entertainment, or other performance-based content.
• Engage with viewers through live chat and real-time interactions.
• Create an energetic livestream environment that encourages audience participation and retention.
• Participate in TikTok campaigns, collaborations, and creator events.
• Work with the operations team to improve content quality, audience engagement, and livestream performance.
• Contribute creative ideas for new TikTok LIVE content and activities.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on-site in Hollywood, California, for 5–6 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Background in dance, music, acting, performing arts, entertainment, or content creation is preferred.
• Comfortable performing on camera and engaging with a live audience.
• Strong stage presence, communication skills, and personality.
• Energetic, reliable, and able to maintain a consistent streaming schedule.
• Previous TikTok LIVE or livestreaming experience is a plus but not required.
• Must complete a 4-day tryout period before joining the regular talent schedule.
• Regular talent scheduling requires at least 22 LIVE days and 100 LIVE hours per calendar month.

Compensation

• $20 per hour.
• Additional commission based on eligible LIVE Diamonds earned.
• Payment begins after successfully completing the tryout period.
