A medical docu-drama series filming in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking real drag queens for an upcoming episode. The production is casting the role of Anita Kiss, a drag performer experiencing an ankle injury. Talent of all types and adult ages is encouraged to apply for this paid, non-union acting opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray Anita Kiss, a drag queen experiencing an ankle injury.
- Perform naturally in a medical docu-drama setting.
- Bring authentic drag performance experience and personality to the role.
- Follow direction from the director and production team.
- Perform professionally and maintain character continuity during filming.
Requirements
- Real drag queens of all types are encouraged to apply.
- Must be age 18 or older.
- Must be comfortable portraying a character with an ankle injury.
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident paying taxes in Ontario for 2025.
- Must be able to work in Toronto, Ontario.
- Non-union talent.
Compensation
- $300–$400.
- Additional $100 kit fee for talent providing their own drag makeup.
- Up to $500 total compensation.
