Job Description
The master film “Apples Against Nostalgia” is seeking child actors for the lead role of Lou and supporting role of Jojo. The story follows Lou as she spends a vacation with her extended family in and around her grandmother Nanou’s home, where she confronts the realization and sadness that her family is also subject to change and loss. No previous acting experience is required for these roles.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray Lou or Jojo in a master film production.
- Perform naturally in emotional and family-centered scenes.
- Work closely with the director and production team to develop an authentic performance.
- Follow on-set direction and participate professionally throughout filming.
- Help bring the film’s themes of family, change, and nostalgia to life.
Requirements
- Child actors of any gender.
- Lead role Lou: ages 9–12.
- Supporting role Jojo: ages 7–9.
- No previous acting experience required.
- Must be available to work in De Panne, Belgium.
- Must be comfortable performing in a narrative film production.
