Job Description

A hospitality brand is seeking Auckland-based UGC creators to produce engaging social media content for a new pub on K Road. The campaign is focused on capturing the energy of the venue, from drinks with friends and after-work catch-ups to live events and busy weekend nights. Creators should be comfortable appearing on camera, have a strong personality, and understand how to create natural social content that can also perform effectively as advertising. The focus is on creative ability, confidence, and producing content that makes the venue and nightlife experience feel authentic and exciting.

Job Responsibilities

• Create Reels and other short-form video content.
• Produce authentic UGC-style content while participating in the venue experience.
• Capture lifestyle and venue photography.
• Showcase the atmosphere of the pub, including nightlife, events, and social experiences.
• Create content suitable for performance marketing across Meta, YouTube, and occasionally TikTok.

Requirements

• Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Strong understanding of social media and UGC content.
• Able to create natural, engaging lifestyle content.
• No large social media following is required.
