Project Summary:
PSAV, one of the premier meeting and event technology partners for FRHI Hotels & Resorts, is producing a package of short promotional videos for FRHI and the Fairmont Pittsburgh hotel. These videos will be used to inspire, inform and connect business meeting planners, social event planners, wedding planners, and brides & grooms with the unique moments, signature ideas, innovative opportunities, and one-of-a-kind venues available to them at FRHI Hotels and Resorts, such as the Fairmont Pittsburgh. Style of Videos:
The videos will be a blending of cinematic, documentary and advertising production styles and techniques, with an emphasis on feeling authentic, personal, and memorable.

8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (precise hours will be scheduled within this overall time range)

Payment:
$50/hour for up to 8 hours work (maximum), 4 hours minimum.
No food provided (meals on your own during breaks).
Number of hours, precise schedule and total payment amount will be agreed upon with the actor prior to the shoot.
Parking at the hotel will be provided for the actors.
Actor is required to sign a full “in perpetuity” release with PSAV, FRHI and the Fairmont Pittsburgh in return for compensation.
Actor Breakdown:
Male or Female, ages 25-50, all ethnicities welcome. Sophisticated, upper middle-class business & leisure looks. The various roles that the actor may perform during the shoot include being a “meeting planner”, being a “leisure guest”, being a “business person”, being in a wedding party as a guest, bride or groom, and being a “hotel staff representative”. There may be interaction in scenes with hotel personnel, as well as other actors. More information will be provided to the actors when they are cast and the schedule is finalized.
Wardrobe:
Actors shall provide their own wardrobe from their personal attire, preferably with multiple options for each role/scene.
Hair & Make-up:
Actors shall provide their own hair and make-up as necessary.
