‘House of Cards’ Season 4 is looking for a ton of background extras to work on the hit Netflix series.
Kevin Spacey plays a Democrat from South Carolina who creates an elaborate plan to get himself into the highest position of power in the country, with the help of his wife, Mrs. Underwood. Season 3 ended with Underwood seeking re-election and it seems that in Season 4, he had won the election.
