Job Description
A YouTube entertainment project is casting everyday people for a fun, competitive series that puts confidence to the test. “How Hard Can It Be?” is seeking Southern California participants who believe they can take on skilled competitors in activities including rock climbing, cornhole, tennis, pickleball, and Pilates. This open casting call is looking for energetic personalities ready to step outside their comfort zone and take on a memorable challenge.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a filmed YouTube competition or challenge
- Compete in an assigned recreational activity against an experienced competitor
- Bring an energetic, confident, and engaging personality on camera
- Follow production instructions and competition guidelines
- Participate safely and enthusiastically throughout filming
- Be comfortable sharing genuine reactions and interacting naturally on camera
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be located in the Southern California area
- Rock climbing participants: Amateur male climbers who believe they can beat a professional female rock climber
- Cornhole participants: Men who play cornhole recreationally or socially and have never played professionally
- Tennis and pickleball participants: Men and women who are amateur or recreational players, have never played professionally, and believe they can beat an opposing player
- Pilates participants: Male/female couples where the woman is comfortable with classic reformer Pilates and the man has never tried Pilates
- Must be comfortable appearing in a filmed YouTube project
Compensation
- This is a paid opportunity
- Compensation will be discussed with selected participants
