Hi, I’m Natalie, a Southern belle from Alabama who traded sweet tea and front porches for wide-open Wyoming skies. In college I moved west to ride horses and chase a culinary career. That’s where I met my husband, a private chef and skilled butcher who works on ranches. Today we live and work together on a beautiful private ranch in Wyoming, cooking for an incredible family. He’s the chef; I’m the baker. Outside the kitchen I also run my own jewelry company specializing in turquoise, sterling silver, and semi-precious gems, a micro bakery and coffee company. I’m creative by nature equal parts kitchen magic, artisan craft, and Western grit.
