Claudette Minnotte

I've been teaching group fitness for over 12 years, and what keeps me coming back is helping people discover they're capable of more than they ever imagined. As a former athlete, movement has always been part of who I am, but earning my MFA in Creative Nonfiction taught me something just as valuable: the power of storytelling. Every class I coach is an opportunity to tell a story—one where every rider or client becomes the hero of their own journey. For the past several years, I've coached rhythm-based cycling, yoga sculpt, rebound, Pilates, HIIT, and strength training, and I've had the privilege of mentoring other instructors as a Senior Master Coach at [solidcore] and a Master Sculpt and Bounce Instructor at Om Lounge. Those leadership roles have strengthened my ability to coach people at every level, create safe and challenging experiences, offer thoughtful modifications, and help others build confidence through movement. What I'm best at is creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to step outside their comfort zones. I bring high energy, intentional programming, and a genuine belief that everyone—whether it's their first class or their thousandth—has room to grow. I know when to challenge, when to encourage, and when a little humor is exactly what's needed to help someone push through a difficult moment. I believe movement is about so much more than fitness. It's a way to build resilience, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself. I use motivation as my love language because I've seen firsthand that sweat can teach us, discomfort can transform us, and celebrating small victories can create lasting confidence far beyond the studio. Outside of coaching, I'm constantly looking for new ways to learn, create, and connect with others, bringing curiosity, creativity, and authenticity into everything I do.
