Incidents of robbery, kidnapping and sexual assault have Atlanta film crews.
Police track down and arrest three men associated with an Atlanta movie prop rental company.
According to Fox5 Atlanta, three men bashed the doors of Hands on Props, Alpha Studio Rental and Georgia Film Art.
The businesses are located near the Southside Industrial Parkway. Atlanta police found televisions, electronics and fake weapons stashed in the woods near the businesses, according to reports.
It is important to point out that 40 prop guns were also taken.
As Georgia’s film industry grow in popularity, so does the crime. Recently, a security guard for Fox’s Sleepy Hollow was kidnapped and sexually assaulted.
According to the press release…
“She was sitting in her (black 2007 BMW 328i) when she was approached by two black males with their faces covered, one wearing a black bandana and one wearing a red bandana. They forced the victim into her own vehicle’s trunk.”
After joyriding with the female in the truck of the passenger car, the two suspects forced her to give them the PIN to her ATM card, and they withdrew money from the Bank of America, 1088 West Avenue, Conyers.”
