Griffin Hobson

Living a clumsy life. For more than two decades, I worked in customer-focused leadership roles, managing teams, solving problems, and learning how people connect. That path led me into community organizing, where I now channel those same skills into building movements rooted in equity, inclusion, and impact. At heart, I’m someone who believes stories and people change the world. My work — whether in a store, a bank, or on the ground in community — has always been about creating connection, building trust, and leaving things stronger than I found them. I’m still becoming: a writer, an organizer, and a leader committed to shaping spaces where people belong and voices matter.
