Madeline McDevitt

Madeline McDevitt is an emerging actress and filmmaker who has a distinct passion for emotional and impactful storytelling and authentic characters. She has a background in film production and designing. Maddie has created award -winning student short films that explore human connection, identity and real conflicts. She has experience working on ASL- based films as is extremely passionate about sharing underrepresented perspectives. Maddie wears a cochlear implant on her left and a hearing aid on her right. She wears these devices proudly and hopes to lead a career that represents her deaf/HOH identity. Her speech is that of normal vocal range and sound that gives her the ability to play hearing and deaf roles. Maddie is known for her expressive presence, creativity and ability to connect authentically and emotionally with stories. Maddie is interested in roles across many genres and is open to being booked for both hearing and deaf/HOH roles.
