Job Description

An independent feature film is casting a lead male actor for Rhinestone Cowboy, an upcoming production filming in New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for non-union actors to take on a leading role in a character-driven feature film while gaining valuable screen credit and on-set experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the lead character in the feature film.
• Collaborate closely with the director and cast throughout production.
• Attend rehearsals and filming as scheduled.
• Deliver an authentic and emotionally engaging performance.

Requirements

• Male actor, 18+ who can convincingly portray a 17-year-old.
• Open to performers of any ethnicity.
• Comfortable portraying scenes involving alcohol consumption.
• Comfortable appearing shirtless in a lighthearted scene and participating in an on-screen kiss.
• Non-union talent only.
• Open to deferred payment.
• Submit a headshot, résumé, and demo reel (if available).
