Job Description
Prodigium Pictures is hiring experienced Hair and Makeup (HMU) professionals for an independent feature film shooting in Jersey City, New Jersey. The production is seeking a Key HMU Artist for the full run of the project, along with an HMU Assistant to provide additional support on larger production days. The selected professionals will help prepare cast members for camera, maintain continuity of hair and makeup looks, and collaborate closely with the production team throughout filming.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair and makeup services for cast members.
- Maintain hair and makeup continuity throughout production.
- Perform touch-ups and adjustments during filming as required.
- Follow the project’s creative direction and production requirements.
- Keep workstations, products, and tools clean and organized.
- HMU Assistants will support the Key HMU Artist on larger production days.

Job Description
A SAG low-budget independent feature film is seeking an experienced Production Designer for an upcoming August shoot in New Jersey. This character-driven film follows the emotional journey of two immigrants and their relentless pursuit of art. The creative team is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented designer who can help shape the visual identity of a meaningful, story-first indie production. New Jersey–based professionals are preferred, though NYC-based candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the film’s overall visual concept and design
- Collaborate closely with the director and producers to align visuals with story themes
- Oversee sets, locations, props, and visual continuity
- Manage art department elements within a low-budget indie framework
- Contribute creatively to a grounded, emotionally resonant aesthetic
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Designer or in a similar art department role
